Asynchronous Piano Lessons

Conditions of Music Tuition

1. Teaching Days

   Video submissions will be reviewed Monday to Thursday only.

2. Response Time

   Students should allow up to 72 hours after submission to receive feedback. Videos submitted between Thursday and Sunday will be reviewed during the following teaching week.

3. Teacher Holidays

   There will be certain weeks during the year when the teacher is on holiday. During these weeks, no videos will be reviewed or feedback provided. Students will be notified of these weeks in advance.

4. Video Submission

   All videos must be submitted via WeTransfer to info@markstawmanpiano.com.

5. Validity Period

   Asynchronous piano lesson packages must be completed within one year of purchase.

6. Refund Policy

   Packages for asynchronous piano lessons are non-refundable.
